Two Jars Down is more to us than just some food stand at your local farmers market - it is the beginning of a dream come true for two friends who feel that great food brings people together.

We are two friends working side by side in a bustling restaurant kitchen as teenagers. Between the hustle and bustle of prepping veggies, making salads and sandwiches, and the long shifts we discussed how it was both of our dreams to one day open our own restaurant. We both value creating flavorful food that makes people happy and seeing their reactions.

Our journey to open Two Jars Down took lots of late nights, hardworking, and love for our craft to ensure we upheld our own standards. Before we even thought of a name we knew fresh local produce, sustainability, and love for our food were the most important things for us in our business.

Two Jars Down may be the start of our dream but we are far from over. We hope to grow into having our own restaurant one day where we keep our values that brought us here and makes all the customers feel welcome and a part of the Two Jars Down family.
